PosterAndForm accepts online orders for delivery within the United Kingdom and the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC.

Where We Ship From

PosterAndForm is operated by ZHILINK GLOBAL LTD (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17157223, registered office in Cambridge). Orders are printed to order at our studio in Foshan, Guangdong, China and dispatched directly to your delivery address. Any import formalities for UK deliveries are handled by us; you will not be asked to pay additional duties or fees on delivery.

United Kingdom Shipping Cost

We provide free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If we need additional information to process your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

United Kingdom Transit and Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 10–15 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore approximately 12–17 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, customs or security checks, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If your order is materially delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

United States Delivery

We deliver to the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are not included in this delivery service.

US standard shipping is US$5.95. Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$79 or more, before tax.

US orders are processed within 2 business days. After dispatch, transit takes approximately 15 business days, for an estimated total of approximately 17 business days. For personalised artwork requiring approval, production begins after you approve the artwork. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

For US deliveries, import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance fees are handled by us. You will not be asked to pay these charges on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, postcode, and contact details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing has begun.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking information may take some time to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delayed, Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or it arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

For damage or an incorrect item, please also provide clear photographs of the packaging and affected product so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Returns

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, personalised, and made-to-order print-on-demand products have different change-of-mind rules. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for complete details.
