Shipping and Delivery

PosterAndForm currently accepts online orders for delivery to valid addresses within the United Kingdom only. We provide free standard shipping on all UK orders.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 12–17 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, customs or security checks, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. For complete information, please review our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible, non-customised catalogue products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Custom, personalised, and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund for change-of-mind or other non-quality reasons once production has begun. This exception does not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We do not provide direct exchanges. For an eligible standard product, request a return and place a separate new order for the preferred item.

After we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
